[Remote] Marketing AI Specialist

Remote · USA Full-time New today

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amplify is a leader in K–12 education, helping teachers enhance student learning experiences. As a Marketing AI Specialist, you will design and implement AI-enabled workflows, collaborate with technology teams, and optimize marketing operations using AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

  • AI Agent Development: Design, build, and maintain custom AI agents (via OpenAI GPTs, Gemini, Claude) to assist specific roles, such as SEO and AEO, copywriters, and performance marketers
  • Workflow Automation: Use tools like Zapier, Glean, and Gemini to integrate LLMs into our existing tech stack (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Technology teams in design, implementation and evolution of best practices and guidelines for AI-enabled workflows
  • Prompt Engineering & Governance: Develop a library of high-performing, standardized prompts and "Brand Voice" models to ensure output consistency across the team
  • Tool Evaluation: Stay on the pulse of the AI landscape, vetting new tools and vendors in collaboration with Technology counterparts to ensure we stay ahead of the curve while maintaining data security
  • Training & Enablement: Host "AI Office Hours" and workshops to upskill the marketing team on how to effectively use AI in their specific functions
  • Content Supply Chain Optimization: Automate the "repurposing" pipeline—e.g., turning a single webinar video into 10 social posts, a blog, and an email sequence using AI
  • Operational Documentation: Build and maintain an internal "AI Playbook," ensuring every automated workflow is repeatable
  • KPIs: Develop and optimize marketing AI performance measurement systems by identifying KPIs, establishing baselines, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining company values and brand integrity
  • AI Governance Partnership: Liaise and collaborate with AI Governance teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to AI security, safety, transparency, and bias
  • Coach: Coach and partner with each marketer through a progressive journey: from awareness, to first win, to regular AI integration, to full workflow transformation, to self-sufficiency

Skills

  • AI Literacy: Deep experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and their various strengths/weaknesses
  • Low-Code/No-Code: Mastery of automation platforms to connect APIs
  • Basic Programming: While not a 'Developer' role, proficiency in Python or JavaScript is highly preferred for writing custom functions or scripts
  • Data Privacy: A solid understanding of AI ethics, copyright issues, and data security (ensuring proprietary data doesn't leak into public models)
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, AI, Marketing, Operations or similar field
  • A portfolio of 'Builds'—show us the agents and/or automated workflows you've already deployed
  • Experience with multi-modal AI (image generation via Midjourney/DALL-E, video via Sora/Runway, or audio synthesis)
  • Bachelor's degree

Benefits

  • 401(k) plan
  • Stock options
  • Competitive health insurance and mental health options
  • Basic life insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Parental leave
  • Access to best-in-class development programs
  • Annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance
