In this role, you will provide real‑time, hands‑on support within the station to ensure every package reaches its destination as promised. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Manage challenging customer situations via phone and email, applying empathy and professionalism to resolve issues quickly.
  • Feedback Loop: Actively solicit and document customer feedback, turning insights into actionable improvements for the delivery process.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyze operational data, combine it with real‑world observations, and develop workflow enhancements that boost quality and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Identify root causes of delivery disruptions, gather relevant information, and propose alternative solutions that keep packages moving.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a fast‑paced logistics or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searches, and instant‑messenger tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a related field.
