Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new service inquiries, guiding customers through the enrollment process for voice, broadband, and wireless plans.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, recommending devices, accessories, and premium services that align with each customer’s needs.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound interactions—including calls, chats, and emails—while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.
  • Resolve billing, payment, and account‑management issues quickly and accurately, simplifying complex rate plans and explaining charges in plain language.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems across internet, voice, and data services; when necessary, escalate to Tier 3 specialists.
  • Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date customer records in multiple internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with collections, retention, and sales coordination teams to address a broad spectrum of customer service scenarios.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s security, compliance, and “Clean Desk” policies while working from home, including regular workspace audits.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a call‑center, customer service, or sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and deliver high‑quality service metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—as business needs dictate.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, ergonomically‑sound home workspace that meets arenaflex’s WFH standards.
  • Eligibility to report to the arenaflex office at 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082 for 3‑4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling telecommunications or technology products, especially mobile devices, broadband plans, or IoT solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting tools.
  • Previous exposure to commission‑based compensation structures and performance‑driven environments.
  • Certification in customer service excellence (e.g., HDI, COPC) or sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger).

  • Base Salary: Weekly earnings ranging from $600 to $696.50, depending on geography, experience, and performance.
  • Commission Potential: Up to $36,000 in annual commissions when sales goals are fully met.
