As a Remote IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to our clients. - Provide Level 2 to Level 3 technical support to clients via remote access.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Level 2 or Level 3 support.
