Key Responsibilities
- Booking Expertise: Manage reservations for hotels and resorts worldwide, ensuring seamless and hassle-free bookings for clients, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, amenities, and services.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat, providing personalized support and guidance to help them select the perfect accommodations based on their unique needs and preferences.

Essential Qualifications
