Position Overview – Freight Processor & Data Entry Specialist

arenaflex is seeking motivated individuals located in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi, or Alabama to become part of our remote workforce. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for accurately entering freight‑related information into client systems, researching Bills of Lading, and processing accounts with a high degree of attention to detail. You will work independently while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering top‑notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input freight details, shipment records, and billing information into client portals and internal databases with zero errors.
  • Bill of Lading Research: Locate, verify, and reconcile Bills of Lading to ensure that all shipment data aligns with client expectations.
  • Account Processing: Review and process customer accounts, applying appropriate codes, adjustments, and notes to maintain financial integrity.
