Your Role as a Media Consultant II at arenaflex

As a Media Consultant II at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both new and existing clients, guiding them toward advertising solutions that deliver measurable results. You will represent premier brands and networks, helping advertisers connect with audiences across traditional television, streaming platforms, and the latest digital channels. This role combines strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building to drive campaign success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers to understand their unique business objectives, challenges, and growth ambitions. Develop tailored advertising strategies that drive tangible results through effective television and digital marketing solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate new business leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts. Identify opportunities both within and beyond your established market to expand arenaflex's reach and revenue.
  • Solution Selling: Recommend and sell digital advertising solutions customized to each client's needs from the comprehensive arenaflex product suite. Your offerings may include on-air advertisements, online video placements, social media campaigns, mobile advertising solutions, streaming video, display and audio advertising, paid search, and more.
  • Relationship Building: Develop deep understanding of each prospect's organization, industry landscape, and competitive position. Cultivate relationships that focus on engaging key decision-makers and influencers who shape advertising strategy.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create compelling, customized sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of arenaflex solutions. Deliver engaging pitches that effectively close negotiations and secure long-term commitments.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in revenue forecasting, budgeting activities, and strategic planning to ensure consistent sales achievement and sustainable growth. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively participating in ongoing training programs. Stay current on industry trends, new product offerings, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain expert-level knowledge of arenaflex products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, or advertising roles, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting Skills: Proven ability to initiate cold calls and prospect for new business opportunities both within your existing market and in untapped territories.
  • Revenue Generation: Strong ability to develop new business and consistently achieve individual sales goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable leveraging technology to manage pipelines, create presentations, and analyze data.
