As a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, you will be the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex, translating technical product knowledge into clear, helpful guidance for our customers. Your ability to manage high volumes of inbound communication, maintain meticulous records, and exceed service targets will directly influence customer loyalty, repeat business, and the overall reputation of arenaflex in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Phone Management: Answer and route a large volume of incoming calls, ensuring each caller receives prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess each customer’s unique requirements, offering tailored solutions that align with arenaflex’s product offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication and follow‑up.
  • Accurate Information Delivery: Provide precise, valid, and complete product information using arenaflex’s approved tools and resources.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, call‑handling quotas, and quality‑service metrics.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints swiftly, propose appropriate solutions, and follow up to guarantee resolution.
  • Data Management: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, update CRM entries, process accounts, and file documentation accurately.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow arenaflex’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Customer Advocacy: Go the extra mile to engage customers, anticipate their needs, and suggest additional arenaflex products that enhance their experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative, preferably within the automotive or related technical field.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota or performance targets.
  • Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational prowess, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket or performance parts industry.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to base pay, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Work Schedule & Environment

This position is based onsite at our Lenexa, KS facility. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 am – 7 pm.
