Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, providing accurate information on orders, product features, payments, and website navigation.

Issue Prevention & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring patterns or pain points and relay insights to the Quality Assurance and Product teams.
  • Participate in regular knowledge‑base updates, ensuring that FAQs and self‑service resources remain current and helpful.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements that streamline workflows and reduce handling time.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support—to resolve complex cases.
  • Attend daily huddles and weekly training sessions to stay informed about new product releases, policy changes, and best practices.
  • Mentor new hires during onboarding, sharing tips for effective communication and efficient ticket resolution.

Working Hours & Schedule Flexibility

arenaflex operates a 24/7 support model to meet the needs of a global audience. Your schedule will be designed to align with peak customer demand, typically between 7 am and 9 pm (local Dutch time), Monday through Sunday. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, distributed across five 8‑hour shifts. Shift patterns may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and national holidays. All schedules are published six weeks in advance, allowing you to plan personal commitments with confidence.

  • Hourly Rate: €15.50 per hour, with a performance‑based salary increase after six months of tenure.
