Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary data‑entry platforms to accurately capture patient enrollment information, prescription details, and medication histories.
  • Process inbound and outbound communications—including phone calls, emails, and chat messages—while maintaining a courteous, professional tone.
  • Enter and verify prescription refill requests, new medication orders, and “top‑off” orders in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete medication data, interpreting physician‑provided SIG (directions for use) codes and ensuring they are correctly entered.
  • Manage “outside oddball” cases by reviewing, correcting, and resubmitting data according to specific workflow requirements.
  • Provide timely assistance to pharmacists, both in‑store and remote, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s policies, procedures, and technology tools, adapting to evolving operational needs.
  • Achieve certification or licensing requirements within the first 90 days and sustain an active professional credential throughout employment.
  • Document all interactions and data changes in the system, ensuring audit‑ready records for compliance reviews.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
