[Remote] Sr. DevOps Engineer

This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems, implementing cloud-native solutions, and leading infrastructure as code initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and implement cloud-native solutions
- Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes
- Break down architectural concepts into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams
- Lead infrastructure as code initiatives and support multi-environment cloud deployments
- Drive observability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvements
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Proficient in CI/CD tooling and Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Hands-on experience with middleware and application server technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking fundamentals, and security best practices
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
