About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialists who are experts in managing large-scale international paid search campaigns (in USD or UK Pounds). The role requires end-to-end ownership of Google Ads (Search & Display), Bing Ads, and other paid platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROAS through smart bidding strategies, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize large-scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms. Create and execute keyword strategies, ad copywriting, bidding plans, and A/B testing. Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, and other third-party tracking tools. Track and report on KPIs, ROI metrics, and performance trends, delivering actionable insights. Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to improve landing page performance and conversion funnels. Implement automation practices and stay updated with the latest SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Manage high-budget international campaigns (minimum $80K/month) with strategic and tactical ownership. Must-Have Skills & Requirements Senior SEM Specialist: 6–9 years of experience in SEM and paid search management. SEM Specialist: 3–5 years of proven experience in SEM campaign execution, optimization, and analysis for global clients. Hands-on expertise with international paid campaigns (USD or UK Pounds – not INR). Proficiency with Google Ads bidding strategies like Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, Manual CPC, etc. Advanced skills in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, and Bing Ads. Strong analytical mindset with Excel and reporting knowledge. Ability to handle large monthly budgets ($80K+/month) effectively. Experience with audience targeting, funnel optimization, and performance-driven strategy Required qualifications:

  • 6–9 years of experience in SEM and paid search management for Senior SEM Specialist
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in SEM campaign execution, optimization, and analysis for global clients for SEM Specialist
  • Hands-on expertise with international paid campaigns (USD or UK Pounds)
  • Proficiency with Google Ads bidding strategies like Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions, Manual CPC
  • Advanced skills in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, and Bing Ads
