We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team. Available Schedules
- Part-Time Teletriage Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun | 4p–10p PST
- Full-Time Teletriage (Evening/Overnight) Wed–Sat | 4p–10p PST What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
- Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
- Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
- Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
- Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
- Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
- Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case
- Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems

- A passion for veterinary care You love providing excellent client experiences and clear, empathetic communication.
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician You’ve successfully completed the VTNE and have at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required).
- Tech-savvy You’re comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms.
- Exceptional communicator You can clearly articulate medical information, both verbally and in writing, with compassion and clarity.
- Adaptable problem solver You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can generate innovative solutions to support our members and teams.
