Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to students with special needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each student s learning and development. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education (required). Master's degree in Special Education or related field (preferred). State of Illinois Teaching Certification (PEL) is a must. Experience in a virtual teaching environment is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for working with students with special needs and helping them succeed.
Requirements
