Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Document every customer interaction thoroughly and accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required.

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, courteously, and professionally in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications, web browsers, and communication tools simultaneously.
