Position Summary

We are hiring a Remote Virtual Assistant – Full-Time Data Entry Specialist to support our internal operations and client-facing projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple platforms, databases, and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Quality Control: Review all entered data for completeness, correctness, and consistency. Identify and correct discrepancies, errors, or omissions before final submission.
  • Database Management: Organize, categorize, and archive digital records to ensure information is easily accessible and properly stored in compliance with company policies.
  • Data Backup and Preservation: Conduct routine data backups and maintain secure records to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including calendar management, email correspondence, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Customer Service Assistance: Respond to client inquiries professionally, route messages to appropriate team members, and help maintain positive client relationships.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointments, coordinate team calendars, and assist with project timelines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing data entry activities, error rates, and productivity metrics.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adhere strictly to arenaflex data protection and privacy policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or in a similar administrative role. Prior remote work experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data entry software, CRM platforms, and cloud-based collaboration tools such as Google Workspace.
  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: Excellent typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy. A typing speed of at least 45-60 words per minute is preferred.

Educational Requirements
