Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring dedicated and personable Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic Texas-based support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple platforms including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience during every customer interaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, update account records, and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Assist customers with order placements, account verifications, returns, refunds, and general troubleshooting.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
  • Stay up to date on arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate and informed support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Basic proficiency with computers, including familiarity with web browsers, email platforms, and standard office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
