Position Overview

The Customer Service Admin role at arenaflex is a pivotal position that blends high‑touch customer support with administrative expertise across a dynamic, multi‑brand ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer service environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service administrative capacity, handling both digital and voice channels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed SLA targets while maintaining quality standards.
