What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will handle a wide range of customer interactions that directly impact patient satisfaction, safety, and trust. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing pharmacy-related questions with empathy and accuracy.
