About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full remote basis, working weekends only. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide outstanding support to our clients and customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment and effective communication skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services.
  • Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong self-motivation and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the reputation of blithequark and our clients.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • High School diploma or GED required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a reliable computer or laptop with a keyboard and mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are not allowed).

  • Strong technical skills, with experience in data entry, word processing, and other software applications.
