About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team. As a Southwest Airlines Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving technology initiatives for new functionality in existing applications, including management systems, benefits, and support costs. You'll also support the planning of new projects in revenue and cost center management. Key Responsibilities

• Perform analyses necessary to develop effective solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to departmental standards.
• Manage activities to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure communications and resources are available to customers or eligible individuals.
• Use experience and data to measure evaluation, business process, standard process, and problem needs.
• Work with other teams to provide feedback or solve problems.
• Monitor and control current improvement data.
• Check performance and weaknesses of processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply solutions with knowledge of technology and architecture.
• Study facts and data to inform work decisions.
• Create and communicate ideas, solutions, and needs clearly and concisely.
• Monitor risks, problems, and issues to ensure necessary work, agreements, and increases.

• Experience working in the airline industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of revenue and cost center management.
