JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a HR Business Partnership (Senior HR Business Partner) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior HR Business Partner | Human Resources [COC0051248]

  • Partner with department heads to design workforce strategies.
  • Lead performance management cycles and succession planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics to recommend policy or staffing changes.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal employment laws.

Qualifications
