As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Using empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients understand their medical bills and resolve account balances.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients to create affordable payment plans and take payments by phone.
  • Accurately documenting all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day.
  • Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and a caring team focus.
  • Continuously improving your skills and knowledge through supportive coaching, feedback, and ongoing training.
  • *What You'll Need**

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and billing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Competitive base annual pay ranging from $37,440 to $43,680, depending on prior experience.

  • Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100 to $400.
