[Remote] Narrative Director, Skybound Franchise

They are seeking a Narrative Director to lead narrative development for their games, focusing on story, dialogue, character authenticity, and worldbuilding while collaborating with various teams to create immersive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead narrative across Quarter Up titles, shaping story, dialogue, VO, character authenticity, and worldbuilding from concept through launch
- Build writers’ rooms and partner across design, art, audio, production, marketing, and external creators
- Ensure every interactive experience feels true to the Skybound universe
Skills
- Collaborative creative leader
- Strong writing skills
- Deep game development experience
- Passion for franchise storytelling
- Experience in shaping story, dialogue, VO, character authenticity, and worldbuilding from concept through launch
- Ability to build writers' rooms
- Experience partnering across design, art, audio, production, marketing, and external creators
- Ability to ensure every interactive experience feels true to the Skybound universe
- Experience working on combat-driven games
- Familiarity with UE5
- Experience with Perforce/JIRA
- Experience with major franchise IP
