Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our remote team as Data Entry & Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be the front line of patient enrollment, medication data management, and customer service, ensuring that every interaction complies with HIPAA regulations and reflects arenaflex’s commitment to quality care. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter patient and prescription information into arenaflex’s proprietary pharmacy management system following strict data‑entry protocols.
  • Process medication refill requests, top‑off orders, and resolve prescription‑related inquiries while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or incomplete data by contacting patients, prescribers, or insurance providers, and document findings in the system.
  • Handle inbound calls, messages, and chat interactions from patients, providing clear, empathetic assistance and escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Initiate outbound communications to verify insurance coverage, obtain prior authorizations, and confirm prescription details with prescribers.
  • Identify and correct “outside oddities” (data discrepancies) by reviewing, editing, and resubmitting records according to established workflows.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists across multiple locations, offering support and sharing critical information to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy terminology, SIG codes, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to everyday tasks.
  • Achieve certification or licensure as required within the first 90 days and sustain an active credential throughout employment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency: ability to start/shut down a PC, use a mouse, open/close applications, save and print documents, and navigate the internet.
  • Fundamental web‑search skills: entering URLs, bookmarking pages, using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • Intermediate typing speed of at least 25 words per minute, with a focus on accuracy and the ability to type from memory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of pharmacy‑related experience in a retail or call‑center environment.
  • Experience with state‑licensed pharmacy technician certification or a comparable credential recognized by a State Board of Pharmacy.
