Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom workflows for provisioning, de‑provisioning, and certification of identities (Joiner, Mover, Leaver – JML) within arenaflex IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Integrate and configure arenaflex (formerly SailPoint) packages to enhance governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) posture across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Develop and maintain API connectors (REST, SCIM, Web Services) to automate provisioning for a diverse set of applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional software and platform teams to ensure seamless, scalable integrations that meet business requirements.
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting for IAM solutions, diagnosing root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Implement and refine role‑based access control (RBAC), access certification, and federation strategies to align with internal policies and external regulations.
• Drive release management and change‑control processes for IAM components, ensuring minimal disruption and high availability.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the security community within arenaflex.
• Stay current with emerging IAM trends, standards, and threat vectors to continuously improve the security posture.

Essential Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in IAM engineering, preferably within large‑scale enterprise or retail environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing JML workflows and custom provisioning logic in arenaflex IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts: access certification, RBAC, role mining, and federation.
• Proficiency with API technologies (REST, SCIM) and experience building robust connectors for cloud and on‑premise applications.
• Solid foundation in Java, JavaScript, XML, and DSML scripting for custom rule development.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, Tomcat application server, and relational databases (e.g., arenaflex Database).
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
