Position Overview – Remote Donor Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Donor Outreach Coordinator to join our remote team in El Paso, TX. This role is the frontline of our donor‑experience strategy, responsible for engaging current, former, and prospective donors, guiding them through the scheduling process, and ensuring each interaction reflects the caring ethos of arenaflex. The position is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling that aligns with the Arizona time zones of Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday, with core hours from 10:30 am – 7:00 pm (AZ time). Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred to serve our diverse donor community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Donor Engagement: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and text messages to thank donors, remind them of upcoming drives, and inspire repeat participation.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Accurately book donation appointments at local blood drives, ensuring optimal donor flow and minimal wait times.
  • Issue Resolution: Address donor concerns, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and provide clear, empathetic solutions that reinforce trust.
  • Data Management: Code and update donor records in the CRM system, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations and internal data‑quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional outreach managers, marketing specialists, and volunteer coordinators to align outreach campaigns with operational capacity.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate weekly metrics on call volume, conversion rates, and donor retention, presenting insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications
