Key Responsibilities

  • Process policy change requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Secure and organize all trailing documents received from customers, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Generate and deliver Evidence of Insurance (EOI) documents promptly upon request.
  • Document every customer interaction in the arenaflex eAgent system, capturing details that enable seamless follow‑up.
  • Collect premium payments, verify transaction details, and confirm receipt with customers.
  • Validate and update contact information—including phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email addresses—during each interaction.
  • Respond to voicemail and email inquiries within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay current on new product offerings, policy features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable guidance.
  • Deliver exceptional, empathetic service that reflects arenaflex’s brand promise of reliability and trust.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional coverage options that meet the customer’s evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a unified customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Residency Requirement: Must be a legal resident of the state of California.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, with a proactive, resourceful, and coachable mindset.
