Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to become the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex. In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for our customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across phone, email, and chat channels.
