  • Develop and execute strategic plans that drive efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement within the pod.
  • Mentor, coach, and grow team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Strategic Alignment & Collaboration

  • Partner with Privacy Operations to synchronize operational priorities and ensure a unified approach to privacy challenges.
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering to prepare CS for upcoming product releases, focusing on Customer Trust, Account Security, Payments Fraud, and Privacy.
  • Anticipate potential risks and opportunities, providing proactive guidance that safeguards member data and enhances the overall user experience.

Customer Service Insight & Product Innovation

  • Extract actionable insights from CS interactions and translate them into product recommendations that drive innovation.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Serve as the voice of CS, ensuring that frontline feedback is represented in strategic discussions and product planning.
  • Balance competing interests while maintaining a clear focus on member privacy and trust.

Content Development & Agent Enablement

  • Create and maintain high‑quality Knowledge Base (KB) articles, Help Center (HC) content, news posts, and internal notifications.
  • Design training materials and readiness programs that empower CS agents to handle privacy‑related issues confidently.
  • Continuously refine content based on product updates, regulatory changes, and emerging threat landscapes.

Forecasting, Impact Analysis & Project Management

  • Provide accurate forecasts to guide resource allocation and staffing decisions for upcoming product launches.
  • Conduct impact analyses to assess how new features affect CS operations and member experience.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with arenaflex’s broader strategic goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management experience within product‑focused or high‑volume customer service environments.

  • Proven ability to engage with senior executives (Director level and above) and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of building bridges across product, engineering, and CS.
  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to synthesize high‑complexity data, identify patterns, and generate strategic insights.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a “challenge‑the‑status‑quo” attitude.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, can operate autonomously, and makes sound decisions with limited information.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the capacity to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Full proficiency in arenaflex, arenaflex, and/or other leading Customer Service platforms.
