Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Consultant (Global Equity)

arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity team. This entry‑level role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with a focus on Montana, USA. You will play a critical part in supporting equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans, stock option administration, and related data‑management processes that empower our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Auditing & Compliance: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity‑based LTI plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards.
  • Equity Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity—including stock option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan actions—to guarantee timely and correct buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, program partners, and other stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
  • Program Administration Assistance: Support equity‑based LTI award distribution processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
  • Ad‑hoc Reporting & Analytics: Generate data analytics and reports that inform ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
  • Documentation Management: Review and maintain equity program policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure they remain up‑to‑date and compliant.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to resolve complex equity‑related issues and improve system efficiencies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
