Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Arrange meetings, appointments, and field service dispatches, coordinating with technicians, vendors, and senior staff.
  • Supply Monitoring & Procurement: Track office inventory levels, anticipate shortages, and place orders to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve office‑related equipment malfunctions, respond promptly to service requests, and follow up to ensure closure.
  • Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and field teams to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and standards.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, acting as an ambassador for arenaflex’s brand.
  • Reception & Front‑Desk Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage the front desk when required, providing a professional first impression.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional off‑site errands.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and composure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
