We have immediate openings for part-time and full-time positions, including Licensed Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Program Coordinators, and Licensed Clinical Program Managers. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for the best talent to provide therapeutic services via telehealth, center-based, and in-home settings to youth throughout the state of New Jersey.   • Provide individual in-home therapy, telehealth therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, and outpatient center sessions.
  • Perform biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Provide coping and social skills training, anger management, and reduce risk behaviors.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or other professionals.
  • Submit all required documentation within designated time frames.
  • Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory clinical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields.
  • Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training.
  • Crisis Intervention Training (or willingness to complete).
  • Post-internship field experience working with youth with disabilities.
  • Experience with treatment planning, progress notes, and initial assessments.
  • Proficiency in various counseling approaches: CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response.
  • Familiarity with DSM-V for assessments and diagnosis.
  • Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week during after-school hours (12pm-8pm). Weekend flexibility is a plus.
  • Experience with positive behavior supports and working with children ages 3-20.
  • Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle.
  • Pass a criminal background check, inclusive of fingerprinting.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor H-1B or other employment visas at this time.

Compensation: $60 - $75 per hour Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical services and ensure high-quality care.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields.
  • Relevant clinical licensure (LSW, LAC, LFT).
  • Extensive experience in program management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
