[Remote] Accounting Manager - Innovative AI SaaS Company - Contract To Hire - 100% Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PCG Talent Network is an innovative, high-growth AI-powered SaaS company seeking a 100% remote Contract-to-Hire Accounting Manager. This role is critical in supporting the finance function by owning the month-end close process and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Oversee commission administration and related payment processes
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules
• Assist with financial reporting and management reporting requirements
• Support cash management and operational finance activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close
• Prior experience within a SaaS, software, or technology company required
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Hands-on experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with commission accounting and administration preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and ADP strongly preferred
