[Remote] Director Business Development

YER USA is a fast-growing global technology company specializing in smart locker systems, and they are seeking a Director of Business Development to manage and grow sales across large corporate organizations. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, building relationships with key customers, and achieving sales targets, particularly in the greater New York City area.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing sales across large corporate organizations
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
- Achieving ambitious sales targets
- Engaging with multiple stakeholder groups in complex enterprise environments
- Driving direct-to-corporate end-user relationships
- Collaborating with partners and resellers to accelerate market adoption and growth
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with several long-term employment histories (4+ years)
- Proven track record in outbound, direct (enterprise) sales and business development
- Strong solution sales and consultative selling experience with complex stakeholder groups
- Background in selling combined hardware and software solutions (e.g., physical access control, smart infrastructure, telematics, or similar technologies)
- Proven experience in direct-to-corporate end-user sales (enterprise sales)
- Experience working with partners and resellers (e.g., system integrators)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the US and internationally (including the Netherlands) as needed
- Knowledge of smart locker technology and flexible workplace solutions is a plus
