They are seeking an Account Executive for their Application Testing team, responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Meet established sales objectives and quotas
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Assist senior sales professionals in complex sales situations
- May be required to support additional products/brands as required
Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or a related field
