They are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and develop strategic partnerships across key national and regional healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities with key healthcare accounts
  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure operational alignment on new business
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine value propositions and improve client onboarding
  • Oversee Inside Sales to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline quality
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and strategic planning

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5–7 years of proven success in healthcare sales, with national account experience
  • Experience with Remote Care Management – Digital Population Health, CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, etc
  • Strong leadership skills and track record building high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales technologies
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Reliable and stable Internet for taking professional calls and video conferencing
  • A quiet and professional work environment suitable for speaking with customers and staff about sensitive information
