Responsibilities
- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service
- Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support
