[Remote] Signage Project Manager I

The Project Manager I serves as an entry-level independent project leader responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring they meet schedule, scope, and financial expectations while building foundational project leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects and client accounts in alignment with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards. Portfolio size of approximately up to $850k
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and deliverables under the guidance of the Program Manager
- Monitor project progress against approved plans and escalate variances as appropriate
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and resolve issues
- Serve as a point of contact for routine project-related communications
- Identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies; communicate findings to leadership in a timely manner
- Support mitigation planning and corrective actions as directed
- Ensure timely and accurate updates within the ERP system and supporting documentation for cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Maintain organized project records in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements
- Participate in post-project reviews to document lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Contribute insights to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Actively contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, ownership, and alignment with organizational values in all interactions
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
