[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Charger Logistics Inc. is a world-class asset-based carrier delivering freight solutions across North America. They are seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to identify and close high-value accounts, providing customized logistics and transportation solutions to enterprise-level shippers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new enterprise-level accounts across target verticals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders
- Develop customized solutions through collaboration with Operations, Pricing, and Solutions Design teams
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue and volume targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Partner with Account Management to ensure a seamless post-close transition and long-term client retention
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2–3+ years in logistics, freight, or supply chain solutions
- Proven track record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure contracts
- Strong understanding of truckload (TL) and cross‑border transportation
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Ability to travel as needed
- Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Experience with US / Canada / Mexico cross‑border freight
- Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics technology
- Existing book of business or shipper relationships
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is an asset
