[Remote] Inside Sales Consultant

The Inside Sales Consultant will engage with warm leads, set appointments, and close sales through consultative selling, guiding customers through their hearing journey.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll spend at least 70% of your day in conversation with customers who asked to hear from you
  • Set 4+ appointments daily
  • Close 22+ net sales monthly through consultative selling
  • Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive

Skills

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results
  • Strong closer who listens, consults, and earns trust fast
  • Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce
  • Clear communicator who builds rapport quickly
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
