[Remote] Marketing Communication Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HIWIN Corporation is the leader in the innovation and manufacturing of motion control and mechatronic system technology. They are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their team, responsible for leading the execution of the U.S. trade show program and supporting various marketing communication initiatives across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing 10–15 annual trade shows, including booth coordination, logistics, demos, budgets, and post‑show reporting
- Partnering with sales and vendors to align branding, messaging, and digital content
- Writing and editing print, digital, email, and website marketing content
- Developing trade show and product promotional materials
- Coordinating and edit short‑form marketing videos for web and social channels
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-6 years of marketing experience (B2B industrial / manufacturing preferred)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience creating engaging multimedia marketing content
- Trade show coordination experience
