[Remote] Recruiting Sourcer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ryder System, Inc. is currently hiring a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. The Sourcer's role involves providing sourcing support to the Recruiting teams by prescreening and scheduling candidate interviews, along with supporting the Human Resources department with various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
- Facilitate/coordinate interviews
- Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintaining employee profiles
- Employment Screenings
- Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
- Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Polished and professional demeanor, proven experience in delivering superior high-end customer service
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
