[Remote] Director of Inside Sales — Remote (Legal/Financial)

They are hiring a Director of Inside Sales to lead a remote inside sales team, focusing on improving conversion rates and driving accountability in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, train, and manage a remote inside sales team
- Oversee reps handling direct-to-consumer leads and law firm referral opportunities
- Run sales meetings, pipeline reviews, call reviews, and performance coaching
- Improve conversion rates from lead to qualified opportunity to funded deal
- Ensure reps follow scripts, workflows, systems, and sales processes
- Identify gaps such as missed follow-ups, slow response times, and weak qualification
- Build a culture of urgency, consistency, attention to detail, and accountability
Skills
- Experience managing an inside sales team of 10+ reps (High Ticket Sales)
- Strong sales leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Experience in a KPI-driven, process-oriented sales environment
- Ability to analyze sales activity and improve team performance
- Fluent, professional English communication skills
- Comfortable managing a remote team with clear expectations
- Experience in legal services, personal injury, financial services, lending, medical liens, or consumer finance
