[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst II

They are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst II to support the users of their SalesForce.com system, define business specifications, and conduct testing while ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Data Stewardship to include User, data enrichment, data de-duplication, and general data hygiene
- Support the CRM user community and the software development/technical teams through which requirements and support flow
- Capture business requirements from business community and IT community
- Work with and lead super users in the direction around changes, issues, and Improvements and other areas that help drive the goals of CRM
- Provide day to day business user support of CRM system
- Creation & Maintenance of production quality operational dashboards, data reports and analysis
- Training to small groups via web
- Document data and system improvements or change requests
- Communication of changes and issues within region supporting
- Perform testing on issues and improvements
- Act closely with system collaborators from all divisions in the business
- Support CRM//Power BI/CPQ Projects as needed
- Support of SalesForce.com user submitted tickets
- Other Duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited higher learning institution preferred
- Equivalent experience and proficiency accepted in lieu of Associates/Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ & Power BI strongly preferred
- Experience with eliciting information from users to support SalesForce.com
- Experience in a Scientific or Pharmaceutical environment is advantageous
- Must be results oriented with a good attention to detail
- Experience leading projects and timelines
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills, proficient in written & oral English
- Interact professionally with a diverse group of domain authorities, managers, and executives
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
- SFDC Business Analyst or Administrator or AI certified desired
