[Remote] Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Solutions Analyst- Remote work
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ender-IT is seeking a Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Solutions Analyst to optimize their Coupa Order-to-Pay processes. The role involves mapping current workflows, documenting system requirements, and designing scalable future-state processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to map the end-to-end O2P lifecycle (Requisitioning, PO generation, Approvals, Invoicing, and Payment)
- Create detailed process flows (BPMN), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional requirement documents
- Identify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and gaps between out-of-the-box Coupa functionality and existing business operations
- Act as the liaison between Finance, AP, Procurement, and IT to align system configurations with business needs
- Recommend workflow optimizations using Coupa’s built-in tools (e.g., Process Automator, Guided Buying, and AI-driven insights)
Skills
- Direct experience working within the Coupa platform
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycles
- Ability to translate complex business rules into structured, easy-to-read process maps and documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and interviewing skills
