They are hiring a Digital Product Manager for Cyber Platforms, Data, & Tooling to define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog while driving measurable outcomes in AI-enabled cyber operations. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog across platform, data, tooling, and AI-enablement capabilities
  • Translate cyber operations needs into testable hypotheses, epics, and user stories; lead discovery and framing to drive measurable outcomes
  • Establish and track outcome-based KPIs (adoption, workflow efficiency, data quality, latency, operational impact, platform reuse, decision quality)
  • Prioritize capabilities that improve ecosystem consistency, enable safe AI adoption, strengthen data reliability, and reduce workflow fragmentation
  • Partner with engineering and platform consulting to ensure feasibility, security-by-design, scalable architecture, and alignment to enterprise standards
  • Drive adoption through documentation, enablement, standards, demos, and feedback loops with operational teams and stakeholders
  • Balance innovation velocity with governance, defensibility, operational reliability, and long-term platform sustainability

Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, platform product delivery, data product ownership, or enterprise tooling ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success translating complex stakeholder needs into outcome-based roadmaps and prioritized backlogs
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and architecture teams
  • Proven track record of defining strategy and using metrics to drive prioritization, decision-making, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience operating in agile, product-centric delivery models
  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled products, platform capabilities, workflow automation, or data-driven operational ecosystems
  • Familiarity with security operations workflows, telemetry or observability concepts, and analyst tooling environments
  • Experience with governance-by-design concepts such as auditability, data quality, access boundaries, lineage, or policy enforcement
  • Experience building or scaling internal platforms and driving adoption through reusable standards, integration patterns, and enablement
