[Remote] Machine Learning Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SoftStandard Solutions is seeking a Machine Learning Specialist to design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. The role involves building and optimizing AI/ML pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing various AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
- Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines for production environments
- Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and evaluation
- Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or Predictive Analytics solutions as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability
- Develop APIs and integrate ML models into enterprise applications
- Follow MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Computer Vision
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and AI Agents
- Exposure to model fine-tuning and LLM deployment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
