[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lemonlight is a leading video production and content creation company helping brands create high-quality video at scale. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities by engaging marketing leaders and brand managers who can benefit from their services.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Research target accounts and identify key marketing stakeholders
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct discovery meetings to qualify leads for Account Executives
- Follow up with inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries
- Build and maintain prospect lists within HubSpot and sales tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outbound campaigns
- Attend industry events and support lead generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Consistently achieve monthly meeting and pipeline targets
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or a client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
- Experience in agency, marketing, media, advertising, SaaS, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly
- Experience prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, retail media, or video production
