[Remote] Senior Consultant, Business Solutions - Project Manager

The Senior Consultant, Business Solutions - Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution of technology projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders to deliver client-facing software implementations and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Creates, maintains, and executes communication plans and communication protocols
- Coordinates with external clients on licensed software implementations to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Maintains stakeholder alignment by providing clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and dependencies
- Ensures projects remain on track in accordance with any SOWs or project documentation and identifies any scope changes that may impact fees and/or timelines
- Facilitates project meetings, including status updates, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews
- Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities for technology solutions
- Supports identification of client use cases and feedback to inform ongoing technology and innovation efforts
- Provides project management support for internal and external technology projects, including licensed software implementations and internal innovation initiatives
- Coordinates day-to-day execution of projects, including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and following up on action items
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date project data in ClickUp, ensuring visibility into tasks, timelines, and ownership
- Manages project risks and issues, escalating to appropriate stakeholders with clarity and timeliness
- Coordinates timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects to maintain progress and alignment
- Assists with requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into actionable tasks and technology solutions
- Supports development, testing, and implementation activities for technology solutions, including data and analytics platforms and system modernization efforts
- Prepares and distributes project status reports and other project documentation to stakeholders
- Manages multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Contributes to improving project management practices, workflows, and tool adoption
- Supports identification of opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and drive efficiency across projects and service delivery
- Assists with business development activities as needed or requested (e.g. preparation of proposals and engagement agreements, and/or attending prospect calls and meetings)
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, tax, computer science, information systems (MIS) or equivalent STEM degrees or certifications, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access)
- Internet navigation and research, with strong experience and understanding of AI tools
- Any project, process, or program management certifications, such as PMP Project Management Professional Certification, CSM Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asana, or similar
- Alteryx experience or certification a plus
